Best foot forward in the Derby 10K run

The 'Fluid Five' were delighted to have successfully completed the Derby 10K run in aid of Sporting Futures which tackles youth crime through sport. Unfortunately, Laura had a hastedly arranged hair appointment so couldn't take part... mmm!

Phil, Stine, Dan and Ben all came in around the 55min - 1hr time with Bag bringing up the rear but still finishing in a respectable 1hr 9min.

"I was keeping the people at the back company." says Bag "Seriously though, we are all very proud to have taken part in this great event."
