Creative agency Fluid Ideas has bolstered its web and systems team with three new staff.
Director Colin Mitchell said the trio’s arrival enables the Derbyshire agency to meet growing demand from new and existing clients.
The newcomers are Ryan Alton, Adam Gadsby and Luca Giorgio.
Ryan has joined as a technical back-end web developer after four years at Derby-based Adaptive Web, a specialist Drupal development outfit.
In his new role at Fluid Ideas, Ryan is using his experience to support bespoke web application projects and website products.
Adam is a front-end web developer who has moved to Fluid Ideas after three years at Fish Media, which is also based in Derby.
He is focusing on building user interfaces for clients’ websites, ensuring they are responsive to all devices and include animations to improve the user experience.
Luca, who has a degree in digital and technology solutions, has joined Fluid Ideas as a junior digital project manager.
He previously spent three years at Balfour Beatty in a project management role, specialising in data analysis.
Colin said: “Our team is expanding to meet demand in line with our growth plans to cement our core offering of best-in-class web solutions while exploring new technologies, opportunities and markets.
“Ryan, Adam and Luca bring strong relevant experience to Fluid Ideas along with great passion and motivation and excellent creative and technical skills and knowledge.
“With a growing client base we are continuing to seek to further strengthen our ranks in the coming months with new developers alongside recruitment across our social media, creative and digital teams.”
