October saw Lucy join our graphic design team to support the ever-expanding needs of Fluid's growing client base.
Computer-generated imagery, or CGI for short, is the process of creating still or animated images using imaging software rather than a camera. CGI allows us to create high-quality, realistic imagery of something that doesn’t exist in the real world or easily construct digital images of things that do exist in a more cost-effective way.
A former apprentice, Lucy brings five years’ experience working in a Derby-based graphic design agency, where she gained broad design experience working with globally recognised brands. On the opportunity to join Fluid, Lucy said:
“I loved my time at my previous agency, but just felt ready for a fresh challenge. Fluid’s such a fast-paced agency, and this new role gives me an amazing opportunity to learn from their team and to work hands-on with some really exciting brands. I can’t wait to establish myself and build my career here!”
Outside of work, Lucy is a Rainbow Leader for Girl Guiding UK, as well as being a Staff Member for the Scout Association. She’s also a First Responder and has gained a Level 1 Award in British Sign Language.
