
It’s that time of the month again where we give a big shout out to the team members that have made a memorable mark on a client (a client impact champion, if you will) and someone who has made Fluid a better place (a culture champion).
Pasha took the crown for the client impact champion in February…
"I would like to nominate Pasha for Culture Champion for his outstanding work on a recent careers website build. His commitment to delivering a high-quality product was clear from start to finish, and the result speaks for itself as the client is absolutely thrilled with the final site. What stood out to me the most was Pasha’s can-do attitude. No request was ever too much, no matter how many curveballs we threw his way. I’m fairly certain he got tired of hearing the Teams ringtone every time I had another round of BugHerd tickets for him but he never let it show. He handled everything calmly and with good humour. Beyond just the success of this project, I’ve personally seen such a huge leap in his development skills and confidence since he first joined Fluid. He’s grown into a reliable, collaborative, and proactive team member, and this project was a perfect showcase of how far he’s come. - Georgia

"I'd like to shout out Jessy J/B for some brilliant attention to detail recently. It's very easy with the nature of the C&C team to just try and get things out as quickly as possible. However, Jess has spotted some little details on jobs recently that many of us might overlook. Checking contact details, highlighting questions and flagging things that might not add up in content supplied by clients – these are all the little things that make us feel like an extension to our clients teams. Jess doesn't always get the recognition if she's not the one directly in contact with the client, so well done Jess!" - Lucy.
