Creative agency Fluid Ideas has further enhanced its expertise in digital development, performance marketing and social media with four new appointments.

The quartet are Kat Williamson, Joshua Marsh, Ana Pereira and Lucie Wells.

Kat has joined the full-service agency as a social media manager in its campaigns and content team, where she is focusing on influencer marketing.
She has seven years’ experience in social media and has moved to Fluid from Sauce Shop, a manufacturing company in Nottingham.

In her spare time, Kat has TikTok accounts specialising in bar and restaurant reviews around the East Midlands and promoting hidden gems and forthcoming events in Derbyshire.

Joshua has joined Fluid as a technical project manager in the websites and systems team.

His role involves managing client accounts, digital systems and internal processes to help deliver projects from concept to completion. He was previously at The Digital Maze, a digital marketing agency in Derby.

Ana has joined as a specialist content creator in Fluid’s performance and innovation team, supporting clients with marketing content focused on social media advertising.

Ana has experience in graphic design, marketing and social media and has moved from Nottingham-based performance marketing agency Impression Digital, where she was a paid media executive.

Lucie has been appointed as a developer in Fluid’s websites and systems team, where she is supporting the development of websites, integrations, apps and AI chatbots for clients.

She had work experience at Fluid while studying for her A-levels and has now returned after a spell of freelancing to take up a permanent full-time role.

Our industry is going through an incredible period of change, but our focus on long-term partnerships instead of short-term projects means we’re protected from many of the sector’s disruptive headwinds, and we continue to evolve, innovate and invest in our teams and our relationships with clients.

Bringing Ana, Kat, Lucie and Josh on board further enhances the support, creativity and ultimate impact we can deliver for those clients as they rely on Fluid for increasingly varied brand and business goals.

Each new team member brings different expertise and strengthens our development, performance and social media teams while increasing the capacity and breadth of support we can offer clients.

At a time when graduates pursuing creative careers often find that first step on the ladder particularly challenging, we’re especially pleased to welcome Lucie to the team as a brilliantly talented young developer.
