Full-service agency Fluid Ideas has boosted its creative and strategic offering with the appointment of three new members of staff.
Arthur Tyrer, Al Davies and Nikita Ghai have joined Fluid from other agencies in the Midlands.
Arthur has moved to Fluid as an account director from Nottingham outfit m360. He has more than 10 years’ experience in a full-service creative agency environment.
Al has joined as a senior creative in Fluid’s strategy and creative team. He brings almost 20 years’ experience in graphic design, brand and creative roles, and has previously worked at Nottingham-based agencies, including Adtrak and Hallam.
Al is also a public speaker and a guest university lecturer on branding and creativity.
Nikita has joined Fluid’s performance and innovation team as a paid media executive. She was previously at Dentsu, where she worked across all major social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
Fluid managing director Ed Bowler said: “Fluid has always been about building meaningful and lasting relationships with our clients and helping them to achieve things that had previously been out of reach.
“Bringing Arthur, Al and Nikita into the team further strengthens our full-service fluency, and gives us wider capacity and skills to become even more invested in our client partnerships.
“Increasingly, that means guiding clients through significant moments of strategic change, often in an advisory or consultative role that draws on the experience and expertise found across our five teams.”
Fluid, which is based at a former cotton mill at Darley Abbey Mills, a World Heritage Site on the outskirts of Derby, is an award-winning agency with a team of nearly 60 creatives, composed of strategists, developers, designers, artworkers, CGI artists, photographers, copywriters, social media specialists, motion-designers and digital marketeers.
It serves a global client base, with sector specialisms in property and developments, manufacturing and distribution, health and wellness and education and training.
Ed added: “Fluid is almost 22 years old and we’ve got a proven track record of sustainable and healthy growth. We’ve built a tight-knit community of like-minded creatives who make each other better.
“Our culture and purpose are strong differentiators, and people are increasingly choosing Fluid because their values align with ours, and the kind of client partnerships we want to build are the kind they aspire to have. It’s about relationships and not services.
“The clients themselves are becoming increasingly high-profile – genuine national and international market leaders, from household brands to truly influential innovators that redefine industries.
“Another important factor is that we’re a caring and supportive team. We focus a lot on team wellbeing and health and on being a progressive employer, with a 4.5-day working week and studios which provide an inspiring, connecting and collaborative environment.
“All of this strengthens our ability to attract some of the most talented people in their fields from across the Midlands.”
