We're delighted to announce the launch of our brand refresh for Belvoir - the UK's largest property franchise on the high street.
Computer-generated imagery, or CGI for short, is the process of creating still or animated images using imaging software rather than a camera. CGI allows us to create high-quality, realistic imagery of something that doesn’t exist in the real world or easily construct digital images of things that do exist in a more cost-effective way.
Designed to celebrate the caring relationships and intimate local knowledge at the heart of the Belvoir brand, our ‘Property is Personal’ creative strategy was designed to distinguish Belvoir from the growing number of faceless online estate agents.
Belvoir CEO Dorian Graves said:
“Belvoir how has over 300 high street franchised offices around the UK, and is firmly established as one of the nation’s largest and most reputable property groups. There is no doubt that this rebrand will put Belvoir into an even stronger position to compete in the industry’s ever-changing and highly competitive rental and sales markets.”
As well as a refreshed logo and strapline, the Belvoir brand has been re-positioned through new photography, video, a refreshed identity system and a new suite of advertising and literature templates for franchisees.
