Fluid's client impact and culture champions for April

Each month we celebrate a client impact champion – someone who has knocked it out of the park for a client, as well as a culture champion – someone who lives a breathes the Fluid values and helps make Fluid the place it is. This month, Ellie and Martin were given the honour.

Our client impact champion for April was Ellie – a recent Fluid team addition, who works in the Campaigns & Content team.

Ellie was nominated by Poppy, and she said:

Ellie's impact on the Campaigns & Content team and the wider Fluid team has been astronomical since she started almost three months ago. The care and attention she has put into both Coach Hire Comparison and SDL Property Auctions has made such an impact already. 

Both clients clearly have full trust in Ellie, taking on new social strategies, content recommendations, and even ways to further push additional digital channels to optimise their performance. 

In addition, Chrissie at SDL Property Auctions shared with us that the service they’re getting is going from strength to strength with Ellie on-board. She has also been instrumental in our campaign work with Scholl Australia – her influencer and strategic recommendations paired with her invaluable own marathon experience, contributed to this exciting and important win for Fluid.

Internally, we also crowned a culture champion. Martin, a developer in our Websites & Systems team, was chosen.

Martin has demonstrated all of Fluid's values since joining the team, and has become a guiding force in the Websites & Systems team – supporting other members of the team with their projects, onboarding new team members, guiding work experience students and supporting our freelance network on some of our big web projects – all while juggling his client workload. It is obvious he really cares about the work we do and his dedication has strengthened our team.
