I look after the finances and payroll here at Fluid, ensuring the numbers all balance to create accurate monthly, quarterly reports to reflect the business position. Looking after the cash flow ensuring our trusted partners get paid on time, and the agency is always in a healthy financial position.

Outside of work I enjoy open water swimming (only when it's above 10C), exploring different walks in my local area, or reading a good thriller. At work I love reconciling the accounts, especially if they aren't balancing. You have to look at the bigger picture... it's a bit like a jigsaw puzzle, the pieces are there, they just need to be put in the right order. It's very rewarding when it's all comes together.
Achievement
Being part of influencing business decisions and seeing a business flourish is very rewarding. What I like most is seeing the tangible impact I have on what we're achieving here at Fluid.
Weekend
My perfect weekend would typically involve a rural weekend away in our motorhome, including lots of walking with our very energetic Sproka Spaniel Henry. Also spending time with my lovely family, especially my grandchildren is an extremely important part of any weekend.
